THE HOUSE
DREAM LOCATION
The rural house "El Lagar de los almendros" is located in the Sierra de Serrezuela, more popularly known as the Sierra de los lagares due to its abundance of old wine presses. The access road to the hacienda is lined with orange trees and lemon trees, and parallel to this is a vineyard. Going up the slope is the olive grove and the old orchard.
Its situation is privileged for an authentic rural experience. Pleasant walks along paths surrounded by olive trees, holm oaks, cork oaks and a great variety of birds and flora or through the exuberant meadows where Spanish bulls graze.
ACCOMODATION
El lagar de los Almendros is an authentic and spacious house-winepress from the 18th century, with a size of 400 m2, restored with modernized facilities with the utmost respect for primitive architecture. The house, with pellet central heating, has five large bedrooms. Four of them have the option of a double configuration, a 1.80m double bed or two 90m single beds. The fifth bedroom has a 1.60m double bed. There are two extra beds of 90m and two baby cots.
Three of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and two have a large shared bathroom with two sinks. Additionally, on the ground floor there is an extra courtesy toilet. The living room has a fireplace. The game room and TV are connected to one of the bedrooms, and can be made a private living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, two refrigerators with freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, small appliances and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils. The old cellar has been turned into a billiard room.
The house has a space in front of the entrance where multiple cars can be parked. It also presents a front patio shaded by two palm trees and a rear patio adjoining the kitchen with a charcoal barbecue and a dining table.

THE SWIMMING POOL
The pool has a size of 14m x 7 mts, and has direct views of the vineyard and the valley of “los lagares”. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available. Near the pool, there is a dining porch.
